I had some success in high school and college. Winner 1985 Rod Dixon Run 

Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s.

I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

I'm better at push-ups than I am at running. 52 in one minute at 53 years old. I also haven't done any in over a week. Only one kid on the team beat me.

I was talking lots of trash after.

i got 52 as well.

a secret you would never know by looking at me since my guns are actually more like dough (cuz diet and genetics), but i have been doing 200 pushups/day since february 2015. i do miss some days here and there (like late nights at weddings), but for the most part i get it done every night before bed.

i started out doing 10 sets of 20 (cheating knee style), and over the 3+ years have worked up to doing 5 sets of 40 (standard form). it's a great netflix activity.
