I had some success in high school and college. Winner 1985 Rod Dixon Run 

Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s.

Have fun, not get fat, stay fit.

 Keep running in some fashion.

I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

I actually ran this morning. 3 miles in 30 minutes around the Alta High track. Quite thrilled with this.

Abby graduated from high school yesterday. Very happy for her.

Glad you got a run in...

Man, we graduated 2 weeks ago. Went on vacation to Hawaii and have had a full week of XC practice and you guys are just getting out. Of course the reverse can be said when we are turning the calendar to August and getting ready to start again.
