Morning Madness!

Up at 4 am, coffee, out the door at 4:30, bunch of laps around Sugar House Park at 8:05 pace which is about all I can manage in the early cold darkness, saw 2 deer (wierd), and back home.

Enjoying my Wheaties with blueberries now and watching the Morning Joe crew try to sort out the presidential election mess.

PM: Easy jogging and stair climbing behind Timpview HS in Provo, Ut.

There was one old guy shuffling around the road loop with me.

4:00 am! Now you're talking! Although I'm usually more of a 4:15 guy. So peaceful that early.

Whoa! Nice work. I was the old guy shuffling.

Most days, even at 31, I shuffle around 9:00 pace at 10:00 AM. At 4:00 a good brisk walk would be all I could handle.

When you get that mess sorted out be sure to write a nice long post to share.

I always enjoy runs where you see more deer than people.

Just view it as entertainment- much more enjoyable that way.
