Out the door at 4:30 this morning for 10.25 miles in 1:22. I did the Foothill Loop plus some extra around Millcreek and Sugarhouse.

I'm going to the doctor this afternoon for a routine physical. Although it's not very routine for me since I haven't had one for seven years. I need to do better at that.

4:30! Don't tell the Doc - you'll be locked up:) Hope it all goes well...

Yeah, it's rough at that time Bam. The hardest part is when the bed is so warm and you know it's so cold outside. Once I get my feet on the floor and a cup of coffee in me I'm a lot better.

Some people can maximize sleep by being out the door ten minutes after they get up. Not me. It takes me at least 45 minutes to be ready to run. I was up at 3:45 this morning!

It gets easier in the summer, especially when you just sleep in your split shorts.

I used to think I was quick getting ready, but it takes me a good half-hour too, during the colder months especially.

Good job on keeping the doctor visit gap under a decade.

Doctor? What? Never go to those guys unless you are forced. :-)

That's generally how I feel Steve. "Wife" feels differently.

You're a spry, middle-aged animal. Doctor smoctor...

Liking the early am running.
