I had some success in high school and college. Winner 1985 Rod Dixon Run 

Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s. 

Short-Term Running Goals:

Have fun with running, explore more trails, stay healthy.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.

Personal:

I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

Attempting the 6 hour RUFA today. Will try for 3 summits of Grandeur Peak.

Ugh! That was a hard one. I should get some new body parts, train, and lose about 10 pounds.

Lots of great people though and the base aid station at Church Fork is the best restaurant in the Wasatch!

6 elliptical miles plus 1600 meters rowing. Weights, core, push-ups, sit-ups. Good workout if one has to do that sort of thing...

I believe I have an issue with my ACL (based on my own research and self-diagnosis) that could require surgery if I am ever going to run without pain again. I'm working on getting an appointment (not as easy as one might think) so should know a little more fairly soon.
