6 elliptical miles plus 1600 meters rowing. Weights, core, push-ups, sit-ups. Good workout if one has to do that sort of thing...

I believe I have an issue with my ACL (based on my own research and self-diagnosis) that could require surgery if I am ever going to run without pain again. I'm working on getting an appointment (not as easy as one might think) so should know a little more fairly soon.

Sorry to hear your knee is hurting so bad. Hope you can get in soon and determine the next steps.

Sorry to hear that Mr. Murphy. But it is probably a good idea to get it taken care of as soon as possible.
