Easy 4:45 am run - 7.25 miles around Sugarhouse. The Weather Channel said 25 and calm just before I left. Instead it was 25 and about 25 mph winds. Eating my Grape Nuts/banana now and watching Sponge Bob with Abby.

PM: Decent workout over lunch - hardish but left plenty in the tank.

Good use of the lunch hour!

Yeah, but I may have gone slightly over my allotted "hour".

Now I know why I never see you running in the morning. I am in my cozy bed. Oh, and since when did teachers get an hour for lunch? we had 35 minutes.

Nice lunchtime workout - my "hour" always pushes the envelope. Way to get in a really substantial day. My body could not think about that kinda volume / stress yet in one day.
