Great run this morning with a big group of FRB folks. We met at 8 AM at Tanner Park and did a fairly hard run through Salt Lake, Holliday, Cottonwood Heights and back home down Wasatch Blvd. Their were some people in the group who would have to plead guilty in a court of law to being pace pushers on what was supposed to be a fairly leisurely Saturday longish run. And it wasn't Jake or Fritz - the two fastest guys in the group.

Ended up doing 16 miles in 1:52 with a few miles considerably faster and uphill. Jogged two easy miles back home afterwards.

Great run, good to have folks to run with as it makes these long runs a lot more enjoyable!

Have a great weekend, thanks for the feedback on the coaching stuff.

Indeed, but it was a good quality course and the company was great:) Next time I'll take an easy day and get up early enough to eat something like you were saying. Definitely wasn't me this time pushing the pace..

Nice run this morning Rob. I'm glad you enjoyed your time with "Jake's slow group" in the chase pack.

I'm excited that we're both boston-bound this spring. This is going to be a lot of fun.

I'd love to join you but 7:00 pace for 16 miles is way too rich for my blood.

I plead guilty to pace pushing!
