I believe I may have injured my lower back on the damn foam roller. Out of action without ibuprofin.

Managed 7 miles with my team after school. Running with a group helps.

Good talking to you last night, sorry about your back.

You gotta be careful w/ the "rehab" stuff. Its a scheme to keep people injured so they buy more rehab stuff!

Hi Rob, It took my family a while to learn that foam rollers are not swords, or balance boards. They really should ship with a better user guide.

Rob,

Have you thought about muscle activation therapy? I was having the major hamstring, lower back and IT band pain and I went to Eric Rawlins out in Syracuse recommended by Justin Park and Scott Keate. He did wonders for me. Just a thought, hope you get some relief soon.

Getting a Varidesk solved my hamstring problems, Mark. My problem was that when I first got it, I found that I would "accidentally" stand up all day. Now I have a pretty good routine... I probably stand up ~80% of the day at work, making sure to take a sitting break once in the morning and once in the afternoon.

This thread sounds like those conversations you hear really old guys having in the barbershop

You're right Steve. I'm just going to man up and stop my whining on the internet.
