I had some success in high school and college. Winner 1985 Rod Dixon Run 

Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s.

Have fun, not get fat, stay fit.

 Keep running in some fashion.

I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

Today I ran four easy miles. Then I stopped and ran six 15 second hill sprints in Sugarhouse Park on what my kids call "the little sledding hill".

Then I jogged a mile home and decided to call it a day. It was kinda hot out.

I originally came up with a "cheeky" name for these hill sprints just for Bam. I was going to call them "Sugarblasts".
