Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s.

Have fun, not get fat, stay fit.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep running in some fashion.
I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

Thirteen miles on the treadmill in 1:26. Ran this on a 1.5 incline. Best quality workout in a while.
2 mile warm-up in 15 minutes
6 miles in 35:50
2 miles in about 15 minutes
1 mile in 5:33
2 mile cool-down.
I missed this yesterday, but very solid workout. Looks like your back in the saddle, Rob.
