Super easy 8 miles at 6:30 am. Lots of deer, many turtles, fewer mosquitoes at that time.

I'll take tomorrow off.

I've really learned a lot this week. The TV here seems to be stuck on Fox News and the radio dial is stuck on Rush Limbaugh.

Good week of training Rob. This is exactly what your pre race week should look like. I think this is really going to be a good race for you Saturday. Do you guys have a cell with you? I need to call about next week

Fox News and Rush Limbaugh all day? Are you staying at my parents' house?
