Weighed 150 lbs AFTER the run today. Before the Utah Valley Marathon I was 143 or 144 after workouts. I have to drop a few pounds to race at my best. Problem is, my mom is visiting for a couple weeks. Mom and her whole family are from Mississippi and they cook like it. Butter, butter, and more butter!
