Last longish run before Ogden. Ran up Emigration Canyon to the top of Little Mountain and then down into East Canyon where Ann picked me up. Uphill and headwind most of the way. Felt strong, but knees a little achy.

pm: 3 mile walk.

You tell Ann that I told you that she spoils you, would you?

I'm going to go ahead and decode your entry:

Ran an entire long distance training run straight uphill the entire way for no other reason than enjoyment of pain. After this half marathon at 7,000 feet msl felt a slight discomfort in a random joint.
