First run of the summer up at Alta Ski Area with my team plus Jake and Kevin. I circled the campground 5 times. I love it up there and need to try to get up there a couple times/week.

Ann and I have been married 19 years today. We are celebrating by thoroughly cleaning the house. Tonight we will go out to dinner. We were thinking Canadian Food.

PM: 5 easy miles on the treadmill while Abby was at swim practice.

Where does one buy canadian food? The only such food I know is canadian bacon so maybe a pizza?

I've found it. Piper down serves poutine. I guess that's a Quebec dish with cheese and gravy on fries. Unsurprisingly, I have a sister who works there (not the same one who works at Fiddlers).

Ann and I were thinking about where to eat and we were pondering why our neighbors to the north don't have any distinctive cuisine. Or, if they do, why we don't know about it.
