Fifteen miles along the Jordan River in 1:47.

Ran with Fritz, Jake, Andrea, and Emily Bates. Every one of these people are interesting to talk to and listen to so the miles fly by. Emily and Andrea ran 10 and Jake, Fritz, and I did an extra five. Maybe running with guys like Jake and Fritz on a regular basis will make me into a 2:20 marathoner?

In the PM I did an extra 3 just so I could hit 70 for the week. No doubt many people have noticed the disciplined and methodical way in which I have gone about increasing my mileage the last few weeks. Thank you.

Only if you can keep up with them on their speed days!

You mean it won't just "rub off" on me?

Not from 1/2 mile back!

When Paul was in great shape, it was painful to run with him on any days other than his easy days. He was just too fast.

Worst case scenario, Fritz and I turn into 2:40 marathoners. I think its worth a shot, especially since I owe you one for giving me a ride home.

Way to get in the token shakeout. Tell Abby that maybe we'll bring some banana pudding to the NYE 5K.
