Easy five miles in Sugargouse Park. Will do a second workout later.

PM: 5.25 miles on the treadmill. I think I might have detected some ever so slight signs of life in my legs. I actually got up to 8.4 mph for a while.

We were going to go to the Bee's game tonight but it's thunderstorming now. Maybe tomorrow? We should do a FRB night at the Bees.

Hope you get to go to the game. We went to our local pro team's game last night and the rain held off until the 8th inning...good times with the family!
