Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s.

Have fun with running, explore more trails, stay healthy.

Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.

I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

AM: 2.5 mile warm-up on the treadmill and then weights. Lifted pretty hard and since it's been a week I will, no doubt, be sore tomorrow.

PM: Went to the gym this evening to rack up a few more easy miles while watching the Broncos vs. Steelers. I have been a skeptic as is my way, but I am now completely convinced that Jesus is directing the passing arm of Tim Tebow. Except when he clearly isn't and Tebow looks like a bad high school quarterback. But Rothlesberger's a twice acquitted rapist right? I guess if I were Jesus I'd side with Tebow too.

We'll see what happens next week when Tebow once again goes up against God's nephew- Tom Brady.

I love rooting for him... its like the perfect made for Disney channel movie. Bill Simmons says that we are watching what will become the movie "Fourth-and-God." Brady vs Tebow is NBC's dream matchup next weekend... b/w that and the Olympic Trials, what a day for doing a long run and then laying on the couch all day!

Why bother with precision 8-10 yard throws when you can BOMB AWAY? There is also more time for divine intervention on the really long passes.
