I had some success in high school and college. Winner 1985 Rod Dixon Run 

Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s. 

Short-Term Running Goals:

Have fun with running, explore more trails, stay healthy.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.

Personal:

I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

6.25 miles on the treadmill at the gym with 9 x 1/4 mile at 5:56 pace mixed in. They had the heat cranked up and it was sweltering hot.

Just trying to mix in a little bit of faster running to ease back into some real training. 

Been thinking about updating my information over to the right there. So y'all can be anticipating that. 'Bout to roll out the 2012 plans and goals in case the Mayans are wrong and the world don't end.

I can't wait until you unveil the 2012 schedule, and then read the subsequent letsrun discussion about it.

Your tales of the kindness of Duluth locals, along w/ the fact that they are pulling out all the stops for the USA 1/2 champs, has been enough to already convince me that Grandmas will be the place to be in June.
