10.25 miles in 1:14:30. I managed to get out early which I love to do on Sunday mornings. No traffic, very quiet. With no immediate race on the horizon, I'm enjoying the easy runs with no real purpose other than my own enjoyment and to keep from getting fat.

After church this morning I'll probably take the kids up to Park City to escape the heat.

Furman lost to South Carolina 39-19. Managed to keep it fairly respectable I think. On the bright side, the Utes crushed New Mexico and Florida State crushed BYU.

There aren't any BYU fans on this blog are there?

Oh man ... you are bad ... but I am laughing almost uncontrollably. :)

Sounds like a very nice run. :)

Nice run, enjoy the day with the family!

My alma mater, Idaho, had a good day, beating UNLV 30-7!

BYU? never even heard of it.

What is BYU? I'm a Furman fan, now!

Oh man, Rob. Quick story from FSU country... one of our parents is a doctor and was on call yesterday. During the XC meet, he was sharing with us how he hates gameday duty because the emergency room pretty much explodes with bumps and bruises and lacerations and stomach pumpings after the game. He anticipated a bit less of a problem this game due to the influx of kinder, gentler BYU fans - I'll let you know how it went for him.
